Arthur Minasyan

Prior to joining Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel, Arthur Minasyan litigated various matters in California state and federal courts. His practice entailed civil defense litigation and intellectual property litigation. Now Arthur represents clients from pre-litigation investigation of claims through pleadings, discovery, summary judgment, and resolution of cases.


In 2015, Arthur graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Spanish. In 2018, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he participated in three moot court competitions, including the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. Arthur is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional.


Arthur has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2018. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and in the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Central Districts. Arthur is also admitted to practice in North Carolina State Courts.
